The FIFA Executive Programme in Commercial Legal (FEPCL) is designed to provide an in-depth analysis of the key regulatory and contractual aspects of commercial law in football. The intersection between sponsorship, media rights, intellectual property, digital innovation, and global marketing regulations creates a complex legal framework that demands specialized expertise. Handling issues such as drafting and negotiating sponsorship agreements, managing disputes over media rights, or navigating the legal challenges of emerging technologies requires both a strategic and holistic approach. While the programme is primarily focused on the commercial and legal dimensions of football’s global economy, participants are also introduced to the broader industry dynamics that shape this evolving field.

The FIFA Executive Programme in Anti-doping (FEPAD) is aimed at providing an in-depth analysis of the main regulatory, institutional and scientific aspects of anti-doping in sport. The interaction between the WADA Code, Sports Governing Bodies regulations and national legislation has led a considerable complexity in this field. Handling a doping case either at the result management stage or before the judicial bodies of a national or international federation or the Court of Arbitration for Sport requires a holistic approach. While the Executive Programme in Anti-doping is mainly focused on the legal and institutional aspects of the anti-doping landscape, a basic approach over the most relevant scientific aspects of this complex phenomenon is also provided.
